Even though God knows the worst of you, He thinks the best of you.

No matter what you have done wrong in your life, no matter what mistakes you feel like you just cannot overcome, no matter what sin you continuously fall back into; God knows. God knows everything you have done wrong; and everything you ever will do wrong. Regardless of His knowledge of your wrongdoings, He still sent His son Jesus to die for you. God still said “He is worth it.” or “She is worth it.”This has always been so amazing to me... This is a kind of love that I cannot fully fathom but that I am beyond thankful for! I thank God every day for His love. I thank Him for the amazing picture of what love looks like in the bible. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

We should all be very thankful that even though God knows all of our sins, past, present and future, He still chooses to love us. This does not mean that we should use God's love as a ‘get out of sin free card’ or a ‘license to sin’. Instead, it should be motivation for us to become better! God sees the potential that each of us holds inside. But it is up to each of us to see it in ourselves and live up to it. When we are struggling with the sin inside of us, we need to let God help! Remember the love that He has for each of us, and the potential that He sees in us.

God knows the worst of you, but He still thinks the best of you.

Galatians 2:20 says “I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who lives, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” Just as this verse was motivation for the Apostle Paul, this should also be our goal and focus when we remember that He has already forgiven us and that He loves us more than we know.I want to encourage you today to never feel alone in your sin. The bible says in Romans 3:23 that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. You are not alone; we all have struggles and battles. Next time you find yourself sinning in a way that you have been trying to overcome, remember this truth: God knows and chooses to love you regardless. So pick yourself back up! If you fail 6 times, get back up 7! No matter how bad things may get, remember that God knows your worst, but thinks the best of you. Live up to the full potential that God sees inside of you![easy-tweet tweet="God knows the worst sin inside of each of us, but He chooses to love us and see the best in us anyway." via="no" usehashtags="no"]
