Justin Bieber Leads Crowd into Worship
In a packed arena in Paris, Justin Bieber led the crowd into worship. Let us get to know his story a little more... his testimony. Firstly, most people know him for his top of the charts music but also for countless bad stunts he has done as seen reported on tabloids. One of the lead pastors at the megachurch Hillsong NYC, Carl Lentz, allowed Justin to move in with him and his family to work through some things. Pastor Carl said one day Bieber got on his knees sobbing telling him, "I want to know Jesus... Baptize me." He could not wait and wanted to do it immediately. His baptism was not as easy or convenient as some of ours were. They drove to a Manhattan hotel where Hillsong rents a pool for baptisms, but hundreds of people were already there. Next, Pastor Carl called his friend who lives in a fancy building with a pool, Tyson Chandler (NBA star). People gathered there too. Chandler (7'1") thought outside of the box and told them he has a large bathtub that they could use instead. On that day, Bieber goes into the bathtub, goes underwater, and comes out reborn.

We have to take a step back sometimes and think back to when we were that age. He is in a crazy industry, and his sins are made public for every one to see. We all sin and fall short of the glory of God, but our sins are not seen by the entire world like his are.Next, Bieber is a work in progress as we all are and always will be until the coming of our Lord Christ Jesus. He led his audience into worship ever so subtly on his 'Purpose' world tour in Paris. The crowd sang along with him performing "I Could Sing of Your Love Forever," and below are some of the words he sang:
"Over the mountains and the seaYour river runs with love for meAnd I will open up my heartAnd let the Healer set me freeI'm happy to be in the truthAnd I will daily lift my hands"
To conclude, we have to reach people on the level they are on. Justin is doing that with his album "Purpose." Some titles to his newest songs are "Purpose" and "Life Worth Living." Young girls who are 'Beliebers' may never step foot in church, but his lyrics and testimony can change their lives.
