Since success is such an embedded staple of modern western culture, we might as well try to get it right; God's way.Some simple thoughts to get in your Spirit.Love God and people more than you love success. Don't have idols.Be faithful with what you have been given. Then you'll get more. Why would God give you more when you are foolish, thankless, or reckless with what you already have. Steward with excellence what you have right now.

Work hard.

Have a purpose or a cause bigger than yourself.  If your success is all about you, you'll end up empty and small. If the world is not better because you were here, you are wasting your God given chance to impact eternity.People matter more than what they can produce for the bottom line. Treat them as a whole human being.Add value daily. And add more value than what you charge for.Understand seed time and harvest. First you sow. Then you cultivate. THEN, much later, comes harvest. Note: all of it is a lot of work.People will only remember how you made them feel.Smile a lot.Have a consistent positive attitude.We are all in the people business.Never stop growing.Nothing that lasts is easy.
